FloSure Patch Animation
Without the Patch:
Proper dressing protocols for NPWT require an airtight seal. When this seal is achieved it can sometimes interfere with flow and the proper removal of exudate. This can result in stagnation, pooling of exudate in the wound bed and the complications that go with it.
With the Patch:
The water repellant FloSure Patch is simply applied over your existing NPWT dressing. Its patented technology allows air to flow into the wound through a micro-porous medium that filters the air while resisting bacterial penetration. This constant source of filtered air helps to prevent pooling and assists in proper drainage of exudate.
